Parents e-mail contact with school
In order to ensure that your e-mail is dealt with by the appropriate person, we have introduced a designated e-mail address for parents contacting school. As you will appreciate we receive many e-mails each day and therefore have created this e-mail system just for parents and carers. This e-mail will be checked daily during term time by a member of the office staff.
To make the system efficient, please ensure you use the subject box, for example by addressing the email as F.A.O. Maths co-ordinator, F.A.O. Chair of Governors.
Please note that responses will not be immediate, staff are busy with the day to day running of the school, attending off-site meetings and other commitments. It may also be that staff require time to gather information required to answer your query.
Please refer to the Comments, Compliments and Complaints Policy when using the e-mail account. This is available from the school website.

Chair of Governors – F.A.O. Mrs A Warner – Chair of Governors
Headteacher – F.A.O. Mrs P Smith – Headteacher
Deputy Headteacher – F.A.O. Mr R Lian – Deputy Headteacher
Special Needs – F.A.O. Mrs L Delibal – SENCO (works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
Teachers – F.A.O. either the name of the teacher or for example Maths co-ordinator
If your query is brief you can of course speak to staff at the start or end of the day or telephone the school office.
